I am a professor and educational researcher focusing on bilingualism, 双语教育, 语言, 和读写能力. 从理论上讲, my work attempts to merge critical and developmental perspectives on 语言, 读写能力, 教育中的双语. 在实践方面, I work directly with teachers and administrators on issues of 双语教育 and 语言-based 读写能力 instruction, particularly in schools and districts characterized by student (and ideally teacher) multilingualism.
