Erika L. Sabbath, ScD, is 副教授 in the 健康 and Mental 卫生实践领域. She is a social and occupational epidemiologist studying the contribution of the work environment, specifically workplace stressors and organizational and public policy changes, 人口健康和不平等. Much of her research has focused on work-related determinants of health and well-being among healthcare workers and other helping professionals.
She is the Co-Director and Multi-PI of the Harvard Center for Work, 健康, 和幸福, a NIOSH-funded Total Worker 健康® Center of Excellence. She currently has two major research projects. 自2016年以来, she has been the principal investigator of the NIOSH-funded Boston Hospital Workers 健康 Study (BHWHS), 一项超过27人的纵向太阳城官网,000 nurses and nursing assistants in the Mass General Brigham hospital system; BHWHS is the flagship research project of the Harvard Center for Work, 健康, 和幸福.
